1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.

  • Items without original packaging and accessories.

  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

  • Customized or special-order items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@quantumloom.xyz with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN in your return package.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer a free replacement. Contact us at info@quantumloom.xyz within 7 days of receiving the product for assistance.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
